Anonymous, Greater Texas & Pan American Expo, 1936

"Dallas, June 12 to Oct. 31." A woman in a sombrero and a poncho smiles invitingly on this original poster for the Pan-American and Greater Texas Exposition. The festival celebrated of nations of the free world and an exchange of cultural ideals. Created by President Franklin D. Roosevelt, this Exposition was held in honor of the prosperity of the North America for over two centuries.
