Turner, C.E., Cunard R.M.S. Caronia, C.1960

This beautiful original poster features the RMS Caronia - a passenger ship by the Cunard-White Star Line launched in 1947. Nicknamed "The Green Goddess", she served double purposes: built for cruising but capable of making transatlantic voyages. She was renamed twice, as "The Columbia" in 1964 and again in 1968 as "The Caribia", and remained in use until 1974, when she was finally sold for scrap.

This beautifully produced image from the 1960s recalls the Coronia in her glory days. Printed in England.
