“These cards or small posters were used above the seats in streetcars and buses to advertise products or services. They were mounted on cardboard to make them easily slipped into the display holders. These were found in Milwaukee nailed as insulation between studs. The images are wonderful, many are one-of-a-kind since these were rarely saved. Unfortunately there are condition problems....staining, missing corners and tears.”
